Glion Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using www.getglion.com (“the Site”) operated by Dolly E-Scooters LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.getglion.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
User Manual and Limited Manufacturer Warranty
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you have read the User Manual in full and accept the Limited Manufacturer Warranty Terms and Conditions for every item purchased.
Limited Warranty
Dolly E-Scooters LLC, dba Glīon® (“Dolly E-Scooters”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the Glīon electric scooter. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.
If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, email [email protected], for warranty service instructions. You will be required to have registered your purchase at www.getglion.com and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.
If you purchased your product directly from Dolly E-Scooters or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair. You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Dolly E-Scooters for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Dolly E-Scooters are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Dolly E-Scooters’ sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Dolly E-Scooters’ option.
If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DOLLY E-SCOOTERS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOLLY E-SCOOTERS’ LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR DOLLY E-SCOOTERS ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Glion Website Return Policy
Dolly E-Scooters LLC dba Glion wants you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from Glion’s webstore at www.getglion.com. If at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. The product must be returned undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging. Purchaser must follow this return procedure:
Within 30 days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must contact Glion Customer Operations at [email protected] and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
After Purchaser receives an RMA number from Glion, Purchaser must return the Product to Glion in the original packaging. The Product must be shipped no later than three business days after the RMA is issued. The RMA will include the return shipping address. For Domestic purchases (the Continental United States excluding Alaska), the Purchaser is only responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international purchases, the Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and duty plus the original shipping and duty costs. Upon receipt of the returned Product, Glion shall inspect the returned Product to confirm that it is undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, Glion shall credit Purchaser for the purchase price less applicable deductions for international purchases.
If Purchaser returns Product that is damaged due to reasons not covered under the warranty, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this section, then Dolly E-Scooters LLC shall not issue any credit to Purchaser and Purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Product to Purchaser.
Shipping Policy & Changing Your Order
Dolly E-Scooters LLC usually ships products via ground delivery through a variety of carriers. Please contact Glion Customer Care ([email protected]) for questions about your order and specific shipping and tracking information.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Dolly E-Scooters LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Links To Other Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Dolly E-Scooters LLC. Dolly E-Scooters LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
