My stepdad purchased two different models and loved them both. Glion scooters are built well and reliable. But the highlight of our experience was the customer service. Great scooter! Simple, very well built, over engineered, very practical. But I am extremely impressed with the tech support people - fast response, tech videos, parts available, willing to help even after me stating, that my Glion Dolly is old and beat up. I have owned a refurbished scooter for just over a year and it has been a savior living and commuting in the city. The customer service is best in class. I have had some issues with the battery charging port but it has been fixed through warranty and Lori is amazingly responsive. Note: you do have to pay to send the scooter to the east coast for warranty repairs if there is not an affiliate repairer near you. There's a few nuances with the scooter that I wish were different, like the braking system, but all the other features (like the dolly and no-flat tires) overly compensate for it.read more

I'm really liking my Glion dolly scooter. I've had it almost a year and use it pretty much every day. It's durable, portable and reliable. I've rode it in the rain, cold, light snow and extreme summer heat and it's always held up fine. After several months of daily usage, the charging port wasn't taking a charge so I sent it in for a free repair. The repair team quickly fixed it, refurbished it and added some very useful upgrades. There's a solid warranty and great customer support. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants an electric scooter that they can bring inside places and not have to lock up outside. Would buy one again in the future.read more

Out of all the choices for electric scooters Glion is known for after-sales service.  I recently lost some parts for the handlebar clamp (my fault) and was nervous I'd have to wait forever for the parts.  My email to customer support was answered within hours and exactly 7 days later my parts arrived and I was ready to roll!  THIS is why you should choose Glion besides the fact they make an awesome, rock-solid scooter.  I couldn't be happier.read more

Everyone has preferences and the dolly easily hit the intersections of the things I really looked for in an alternative mode of transportation. I spent a lot of time looking at electric scooters before biting the bullet to buy one. I did not see that your scooter was highly rated in several "best scooters of 20__" but I am so happy I did my due diligence in searching. I think the Glion dolly is underrated. I've become suspicious of review sites (most of which did not feature Glion's dolly scooter) after my experience.I had one small issue that occurred when I placed my order. Glion customer service was quick to remedy this. Shipping was fast; I received my scooter three business days after my purchase, and it was a great deal. I didn't expect I'd enjoy the signature dolly feature as much as I do, but it's unique compared to the other options I looked at and has already come in handy more than I thought it would.I am SO happy to see that Glion sells all its parts individually. Knowing that I can replace a piece of my scooter if something happens to it, instead of buying a whole new one, is something I'm happy to see and further support.I try to be thoughtful of my environmental impact. Part of the reason I bought the scooter was to really decrease my reliance on my car for trips that are a little bit longer than what I feel like dealing with on a bike (I spent a lot of Sundays in church at the back in gym wear because the bike route was mostly inclines; it was even worse during the summer).I can split commutes easily. I don't have to worry about taking up massive amounts of space on a rail or a bus because the dolly slides underneath the seats. I can put the scooter in my cart when I'm at the grocery store or just wheel it around with me if it's a quick stop. When I scooter somewhere, I can get a ride home when inclement weather is worse than I thought even if friends/Lyft drivers don't have a bike rack and/or have only a compact car. The scooter also charges really fast. Very happy with my purchase!read more

Used one of their Dolly scooters during my last year of University. I wish I had got it sooner! It's the perfect way to get around a big campus without having to pay ludicrous parking garage fees or stress out about looking for free spaces between classes. It's portable enough that I was able to keep it with me during class, so I didn't have to worry about it getting stolen like I would with a bike.read more

After having researched scooters in the $400 - $800 price range Glion was my final choice. Having had my Glion for about a month now I am 100% satisfied! I rented Bird and Lime scooters for nearly a year. That was my baseline comparison. I had a friend whom bought a scooter last year. Comparing it the Bird and Lime it fell short in many areas. I can say that Glion has hit the mark is weater resistance, portability, battery range ame and speed. If you are like me and read reviews, the front headlight is more than adequate. Certainly as good as Lime and Bird. Knowing full well how quickly you can get a bike tire puncture leaving you stranded. Choose Glion. Military grade technology tired have already saved me once.
