I have owned a refurbished scooter for just over a year and it has been a savior living and commuting in the city. The customer service is best in class. I have had some issues with the battery charging port but it has been fixed through warranty and Lori is amazingly responsive. Note: you do have to pay to send the scooter to the east coast for warranty repairs if there is not an affiliate repairer near you. There's a few nuances with the scooter that I wish were different, like the braking system, but all the other features (like the dolly) compensate for it.read more

I used my Glion dolly to commute 1.2 miles to school everyday for the past year. Amazing performance in 10F winter weather all the way to 100F summer ( I rode it all year round in Minnesota). Very well suited for the outdoors. I sent my Glion in for the 225 upgrades and they did such a great job --- not only installing the upgrades, but also fixing a years worth of wear and tear. Glion has amazing customer service, you can call and email one-on-one with the same individuals consistently to manage your case! (Shout out Lori! also Mike and Kevin from service!) This is the best scooter under $500 IMO. Even more expensive scooters don't have this dolly function and usually weigh a crap ton. The dolly function and light weight structure are unparalleled, and it really makes it the most practical for transport and fits right in my locker. Go Glion!read more

We have owned our refurb'd Glion Dolly for over a year. We still think it's the bomb: battery power strong, holds the charge, folds in an instant and it's fun. We use it as a work horse, moving quickly to pay at the ranger station after finding our spot, loading up the wood for campfire, and hauling the jerrycan.read more
I am not able to drive and I cannot walk long distances. Getting an electric scooter gave me independence back. I also cannot carry heavy things - the Glion Dolly is the only scooter I can pull behind me. Worth it!read more

Had it for a couple of weeks and it completely answers my commuting needs. Researched several and this one hits more "wants" than others. Qualifiers for me were price, weight, range, speed, and best of all can be pulled like a suitcase. Only downer is it has ZERO suspension which makes for a rough ride on less than ideal surfaces.Word of caution and it applies to all scooters. Serious injury can and will likely happen. I don't call mine Thumper for nothing. No broken bones yet but the helmet has a nice war scar instead of my head.read more

Great commuter scooter! Still riding mine to work on sunny 20 degree and warmer days.
I've had this scooter for a few months and typically use it 5 days a week. I haven't had any big issues aside from a small problem with a spacer, an issue with the light, and an issue with the dolly handle BUT this is the main reason I'm writing this review. This company 100% CARES about their product and the customer service to go with it. Of the small issues I had they were always fast to e-mail me back and help me with whatever problem I had. I want to personally mention Wei and Lori who were both very helpful anytime I contacted them and I always received a follow up phonecall from a representative to make sure I was happy with the results of the parts they sent. Again, I can't stress enough how difficult it is to find a company these days that stand behind their product and help the customers one on one. I would give them 6 stars if I could just for the impeccable service. Besides the previously mentioned issues, the product itself is solid, no issues with the wheels, battery, handlebars or anything I'd consider a "primary part." Great product, great company.read more
Great scooter and rides better than ecoreco at a much lower price.
I had my virgin electric scooter ride on the Glion today - so fun! I love it so far! I have a Goped kick scooter and also had a Micro kick scooter that I used to commute from the Metro to my office. It was alright but soooo awkward to carry on the Metro. Most scooters (whether motorized or not) just aren't meant for carrying from a practical point of view, and let's face it, if you are using one for commuting, you probably have to carry or pull it onto public transport at some point. The Glion is practical and fun - I hope to get many miles out of this thing. I chose your brand after watching many reviews on Electric Ride Review.read more
I commute to New York City from New Jersey. Since getting the Glion scoter I don't have to drive my car the train station anymore. And now I scoot instead of walk almost a mile to work. And it's so much more fun too.read more
love it... i jus bought one few weeks ago so i can use it to breeze across my university... lil heavier than i expected but it works wonders... the tires & suspension are excellent making for a smoother ride than most other scooters... the detachable battery makes it where u dont have to carry it around w u unless its time to recharge ... its really simple to operate & comes ready to use in box... definitely recommend this to anyone lookin for a easier small last minute type commute or for anyone jus looking for a fun toy to enjoy... arrived much quicker than i expected but make sure to be home for the delivery cuz u must sign for it which is great... definitely look forward to more & more enjoyment of this product i did research for few months on best electric scooters & this one overall pound for pound was the best & most reasonably prices since many other scooters are a thousand dollars plus... this one is reasonably prices but like i say pound for pound this was the best after the research i didread more
Bought "His n Hers" Glion Dolly scooters for our 31st wedding anniversary to use around San Francisco. We live in NC full time but are in SFO part-time. These scooters are so great! Got them on the 29th of June and probably put about 30-40 miles on them already (today is July 5th)! Went to the SFO fireworks for 4th of July & was able to 'scoot' around the foot traffic crowd after the FW show & get to the BART (public transportation) station fast! Folded them up & walked onto the train. Everyone is amazed when we stop & fold them up & pull behind us. The dolly system is what sold the Glion Dolly scooter to us. Very convenient! We were talking with a guy on an Eco Reco as we were leaving the fireworks and he was complaining how heavy & un-maneuverable his unit is when folded up. Told him to go try this Glion model! Everyone smiles when they see us pass by 🙂 Found some bike lights at Target that we added to front & back so we can ride the bike trails after dark. Adding lights, a bell for letting people know you want to pass & maybe a retractable power cord are the only things I think Glion could add for improvement to this unit. We carry the chargers in backpacks with us...would be nice if chargers could be incorporated somewhere into the battery housing area & you just pull a cord out (like a vacuum cleaner) and plug it in - when charged, cord retracts! Lots of restaurants around here have outlets & would be very convenient feature. We are in our 50s and walking around the SFO Bay area was getting tiresome but these scooters are fun and we look forward to getting on them & scootin' around Burlingame & surrounding area 🙂read more

I've been riding this around Kuala Lumpur for a couple of months. What a treat. At first I rode it for short errands, but now I ride it just for the fun of it. Great product and the highest quality.
Good product that gets me where I need to go.Customer service is good, and quickly responsive. They helped me solve any issues I had with my product. I look forward to seeing this company grow
Fabulous scooter- well built and solid. Really fun to ride! Company is extremely responsive and committed to excellent customer service. Highly recommend - buy one! You won't regret it!
Great scooter! Simple, very well built, over engineered, very practical. But I am extremely impressed with the tech support people - fast response, tech videos, parts available, willing to help even after me stating, that my Glion Dolly is old and beat up. Daniel said "Let's get this scooter going!" and over 3 emails - it was going again. Thanks Daniel, Thanks Lon!read more

I'm really liking my Glion dolly scooter. I've had it almost a year and use it pretty much every day. It's durable, portable and reliable. I've rode it in the rain, cold, light snow and extreme summer heat and it's always held up fine. After several months of daily usage, the charging port wasn't taking a charge so I sent it in for a free repair. The repair team quickly fixed it, refurbished it and added some very useful upgrades. There's a solid warranty and great customer support. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants an electric scooter that they can bring inside places and not have to lock up outside. Would buy one again in the future.read more

Out of all the choices for electric scooters Glion is known for after-sales service. I recently lost some parts for the handlebar clamp (my fault) and was nervous I'd have to wait forever for the parts. My email to customer support was answered within hours and exactly 7 days later my parts arrived and I was ready to roll! THIS is why you should choose Glion besides the fact they make an awesome, rock-solid scooter. I couldn't be happier.read more

Everyone has preferences and the dolly easily hit the intersections of the things I really looked for in an alternative mode of transportation. I spent a lot of time looking at electric scooters before biting the bullet to buy one. I did not see that your scooter was highly rated in several "best scooters of 20__" but I am so happy I did my due diligence in searching. I think the Glion dolly is underrated. I've become suspicious of review sites (most of which did not feature Glion's dolly scooter) after my experience.I had one small issue that occurred when I placed my order. Glion customer service was quick to remedy this. Shipping was fast; I received my scooter three business days after my purchase, and it was a great deal. I didn't expect I'd enjoy the signature dolly feature as much as I do, but it's unique compared to the other options I looked at and has already come in handy more than I thought it would.I am SO happy to see that Glion sells all its parts individually. Knowing that I can replace a piece of my scooter if something happens to it, instead of buying a whole new one, is something I'm happy to see and further support.I try to be thoughtful of my environmental impact. Part of the reason I bought the scooter was to really decrease my reliance on my car for trips that are a little bit longer than what I feel like dealing with on a bike (I spent a lot of Sundays in church at the back in gym wear because the bike route was mostly inclines; it was even worse during the summer). I can split commutes easily. I don't have to worry about taking up massive amounts of space on a rail or a bus because the dolly slides underneath the seats. I can put the scooter in my cart when I'm at the grocery store or just wheel it around with me if it's a quick stop. When I scooter somewhere, I can get a ride home when inclement weather is worse than I thought even if friends/Lyft drivers don't have a bike rack and/or have only a compact car. The scooter also charges really fast. Very happy with my purchase!read more

Used one of their Dolly scooters during my last year of University. I wish I had got it sooner! It's the perfect way to get around a big campus without having to pay ludicrous parking garage fees or stress out about looking for free spaces between classes. It's portable enough that I was able to keep it with me during class, so I didn't have to worry about it getting stolen like I would with a bike.read more

After having researched scooters in the $400 - $800 price range Glion was my final choice. Having had my Glion for about a month now I am 100% satisfied! I rented Bird and Lime scooters for nearly a year. That was my baseline comparison. I had a friend whom bought a scooter last year. Comparing it the Bird and Lime it fell short in many areas. I can say that Glion has hit the mark is weater resistance, portability, battery range ame and speed. If you are like me and read reviews, the front headlight is more than adequate. Certainly as good as Lime and Bird. Knowing full well how quickly you can get a bike tire puncture leaving you stranded. Choose Glion. Military grade technology tired have already saved me once. Way to go Glion!!😊Thank you for all the customer support in the purchasing process! And I haven't needed any since. 👍🤗🤗read more
