We formed Probity Cell LLC in August 2012. Our mission is to change the way the world commutes by creating portable last mile transportation devices that leverage the strengths of the lithium-ion battery. We want to shorten your commute time and add fun to your day. Probity Cell LLC is a small company (three guys and a scooter(s)). The partners are Jeff Kong, Wei Chang, and Robert McCormick.

We successfully introduced our first product, the Glion SmartScooter (fka the Ion SmartScooter) on Kickstarter in October of 2014. We had a second successful Kickstarter Campaign in August of 2015 in which we introduced the Glion Dolly Electric Scooter. Kickstarter backers are amazing for their willingness to stick their neck to give us a chance to reach our goals. We are forever grateful for our Kickstarter backers and consider them honorary co-founders of our business.
