Riders should be able to stand and walk independently and have good vision, strength, coordination and balance to safely operate the Glion SNAPnGO. They must be able to mount or dismount the SNAPnGO scooter without help, or risk of falling. The Glion SNAPnGO is not intended for medical purposes to provide mobility to someone restricted to a sitting position. It is not a medical device nor a wheelchair. |
The intended use of this mobility scooter is to provide mobility to persons with full use of their upper and lower extremities and who are able to support themselves in an upright position. This product is primarily for indoor use and outdoor capabilities are limited to hard, flat and even surfaces such as concrete, black top and other similar surfaces. While we understand the scooter’s outdoor capabilities are limited, when driving near uneven obstacles, follow the safety guidelines outlined within the safety section of the user manual.
This product is not a medical device and is not intended to assist, treat, diagnose or alleviate any medical condition or disability.
Safe, stable, lightweight and affordable, the Glion SNAPnGO is for anyone who has difficulties walking but isn’t ready to miss out on the great things life has to offer.
Difficulty walking can happen to anyone and for a variety of reasons ranging from injuries to arthritis to problems with the feet, heart or lungs.
But for many, a wheelchair or bulky, heavy, lead-acid powered four-wheel scooter just isn’t the right solution. For example, you may have adequate strength, movement or mobility to stand and walk for short distances but aren’t able to handle the walk from the parking lot to the football stadium or theater, or can’t enjoy shopping or walks in the park with your spouse or grandchildren. To join the fun, you need a lightweight scooter that can go anywhere with you.
The base SNAPnGO weighs only 31 pounds — about the same as a packed suitcase — and folds easily to fit in your back seat or trunk. To set it up, step on the foot pedal to raise the t-bar and snap it into running position, insert the seat post to attach the seat. You’re ready to go!
Highly maneuverable and easy to drive, you simply press the right thumb control to go forward or in reverse and squeeze the left brake lever to stop. In addition, the release of the throttle engages an electronic motor brake for smooth stopping and precision control. The mechanical rear brakes will ensure additional stopping power when needed. When darkness falls, front and rear LED lights help keep you safe. It has three speed settings to accommodate various environments and has a rider weight capacity of up to 300 pounds.
We were very impressed with the quality built into this. A scooter of this weight and user flexibility was way overdo in the US but it is finally available thanks to the folks at GLION. It is very manageable in & out of a car & can be made even lighter by removing the basket, cup holder & arm rests for elderly or disabled users. We love it!
I had a small part to this product that I needed a replacement for. Their customer spokesperson was very helpful in getting my replacement to me. If you have any questions or follow-up, definitely connect with their customer support. They're super helpful!
Glion has really made the difference and this scooter has been incredible for this old guy. I appreciate the scooter but more importantly, appreciate Robert and his team to provide the A+ customer service. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a mobility scooter to use on a cruise. I Considered the rental scooters that are available where the scooter is in your stateroom when you get on the ship, but there were some mixed reviews on those, so I started looking to purchase one. I looked at the weight, speed, capacity and cost. The Snap n Go came out best overall. I purchased one from a dealer and less than a month later I was taking it on the cruise. It seems like every airport has gotten big and you have to go a long ways from check-in to the gate and the gate to baggage claim and I don’t know if I could have made it. Using it on the ship was great, with cruise ships getting bigger every day. I did generate some interest from some of the other passengers that saw me zipping around and also using it on excursions, including one in Rome with 4 miles of cobblestone streets to ride. All of the staffs from the airlines to shuttles to the ship were extremely helpful with the entire process and now I can’t wait until my next cruise in February.
